Description about high efficiency vibrating screen:
The Vibrating screen is used for rough screening waste pulp, also screening pulp of pressure screen, for slightly larger impurities in paper machinery. The vibrating screen is also used for screening of all fibers containing impurities. The screen removes large impurities such as film, plastics, wet strength specks, metal particles wooden splinters etc.
The equipment has hole screen plate and joint screen plate, of which hole screen plate is for coarse screen, joint screen plate is for the disposal of pressure screen reject.
It has simple structure, large capacity of eliminating residue, ease of maintenance and operations, it includes whole screen and slot screen, whole screen is used for rough screening and slot screen is used for managing end pulp of pressure screen.
