Description of Paper Production Machine:

We supply the full production line of paper making machine, which could making napkin paper, toilet paper, and facial paper.

The paper making machine could produce both toilet paper and facial tissue, which depends on the proportion of the pulp in the process of pulp making process and the raw material.

1575 paper making machine can making tissue paper with both wood pulp and waste paper as raw material. We may make design according to customer request. Production capacity can be 4-30 ton per day.

Functions and Features:

The high-speed machine with built- in pressure - type sizing, square taper explorer cloth pulp, a ladder diffuser can ensure uniformity of the paper product.

Using the activity curved panels, the use of cage -piece stainless steel combination, to ensure maximum strength and permeability, pneumatic pulse blanket and automatic correction controller.

Electric automatic tensioned, idler automatic pneumatic pressure system can ensure consistent and balanced.

Pressure pneumatic composite roller blade, ensuring a uniform wrinkled sheet, dryer cylinder surface to ensure longevity. Drying section using breathing hood thermal cycling and ensure consistency and speed of drying the paper sheet.

This equipment mainly consists 3 parts as follows:

1. One set of pulp making lines (use waste paper as raw material) with production capacity of 30 ton per day.

2. Two sets model 2400 high speed tissue paper machine and its auxiliary equipments.

3. Waste water treatment system with capacity 100 m3/hour
