Description of oblique spiral thickener:
Oblique spiral thickener is mainly used in high temperature, high-concentration, high concentration slurry extraction and regeneration. The sealing system is better, little heat loss pulp black liquor extraction rate; the extracted black liquor has a higher temperature and concentration, to create favorable conditions for energy efficiency. The work principle of oblique spiral thickener is slurry from the slurry tank or a slurry discharge port into the inlet hydrapulper by rotating the screw shaft, the slurry is pushed from one end to another end. It has the characteristic of large capacity and reduces the consumption.
