Description of automatic toilet paper rewinding machine(with band saw):

This machine adopt the international advanced PLC computer programming technology, human-machine interface operation, frequency control, photo electronic paper cutting and automatic gluing. Multiple function device install on the machine. Automatic spray and sealing can complete in one time. It is ideal equipment for producing toilet paper.

Working process:

1. Put the raw material on the paper holder, the paper holder has automatic feeding device.

2. Send the paper to the feeding roll. Before the process of folding, the tension device can make the paper flattened.

3. Enter the guide roll device. On the both side of guide roll has the hollow shaft device to make the coreless roll of paper.

Paper roll through the guide roll to platen roll repeated many times. When the paper roll reach the certain specification, the machine will automatic stop then release the paper rolls automatically. At the time of separate paper, gluing and sealing can be completed simultaneously. The machine can restart after the whole procedure completed. The whole process completed by PLC computer programming technology and frequency conversion.
