This machine adopts advanced asynchronous servo drive system, PLC program control, touch screen operation. It can continue (no-stop) operation, stable operation and efficient production.
Functions and features:
1. Continuous rewinding, stable operation and efficient production.
2. Independent asynchronous servo drive system: The whole machine modular combinations make the various functions increase or decrease optional. The variety of product can be more flexible and diversity.
3. Gluing composite system:
A-The production of kitchen towel, glue on the convexity of embossed paper make the two layers of paper stick together.
B-The production of color film paper, colored glue applied between two or three layers of paper. The surface of the product showing a variety of color pattern.(The pattern according to the embossing roll)
