Description of Band Saw Toilet Paper Jumbo Roll Cutting Machine:

The equipment is operated by using PLC program control, big screen true color human?computer interface. The precise servo control feed length, electromechanical integration control and other international advanced technology con automatically detect each key action, has good fault information prompt system, make the whole production line achieving the best working state.

The equipment can cut jumbo roll logs directly unloaded from jumbo roll slitter rewinder, this machine are specially make for jumbo roll cutting for different diameter range from 16cm to 25cm . 

The log are transferred by conveyor to the automatic log saw loading elevated platform and then automatic raised and dump into the machine and cutting start automatically.

Simply operation, just input the total length of the log to be cut, and width of the product, and the figure of the edge cuts, the machine will then calculate the exacting size to be cut, and the machine will start automatic cutting at a variable speed of 15-20 rolls per minute, after cutting the product are deliver by conveyor again for further packing requirement.

Functions and Features:

1. The transducer independent driver is used in the main motor;
