Description about impurity separator:
The impurity separator is mainly used to separate the light and heavy impurities from the paper pulp. The impurity separator combines the functions of paper delivering and impurities separating. It reduces the pre-process of raw material, improves the production capacity of hydrapulper and reduces energy consumption. The machine can be used for handling the rejects produced in coarse screening. It combines purification system of wasted pulp together with hydrapulper and drum screen to disconnect trail dregs of hydrapulper and separate the light and weight incidentals. It has the advantage of high impurity removal efficiency, large production capacity, compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
Functions and features:
1. With adjusting the weir and the clearance between the impeller and the screen plate, the quality and throughput of the stock can be controlled.
